Our mission is simple.To create more opportunities for civic and diverse leaders to engage with resources online and in person. 

The purpose of "Create Opportunity" is to cultivate a network to “nurture diverse leaders, foster civic engagement and enhance pathways for an opportunity” through communications, technology and media. The Create Opportunity 2020 initiative will engage civically active, national thought leaders as planners, panelists, sponsors, and speakers to provide positive role models and promote programs supporting youth and women of color. The intention is that this communications model will spread stories online to raise funds for community organizations and promote awareness and encourage applications for the various programs and opportunities that exist.
