About The Event

You work hard for your money, but is that enough?

Black women are paid .64 cents for every $1 a white man earns. In Minnesota, we're fighting back by teaching women the skills to negotiate for more pay and visibility. From small business owners to corporate climbers, you can make a positive impact and change the narrative by overcoming the statistics. Meet the women you need to know in the Twin Cities.

This workshop is free and open to anyone interested in learning how to advocate for equal pay for Black women. Bring plenty of business cards!
