Create Opportunity at the Capitol

48 hours before the 2018 U.S. Midterm election we gathered at the Minnesota Capitol to meet the candidates and get out the vote.

In partnership with When We All Vote, a national, nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization dedicated to changing the culture around voting and increase participation in this and every election we invited embers of both parties and officials holding non-partisan offices were invited to join in on discussions for improving the lives of the communities we serve.

We captured the rally hosted by members of Minneapolis- St. Paul Chapter of The Links, Inc., and City of Lakes Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and Delta Phi Omega of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated to encourage everyone to share what they are doing in the last hours to make an impact on the future of the United States of America.

We know when we all vote, we all win. Thank you to the candidates for speaking to us and giving us tips to get involved even in the hours leading up the election, click here to read the full post.
